Studio FAQ

Choosing your Session Date and Time: Kindly note that I rent a shared studio space and your date will be subject to the schedule of the photographer and studio. Please reach out to schedule your session as early as possible to have more variety in the dates and times available.

Cake Smash Sessions: All cake smash sessions include baby and cake only on a white seamless paper for a timeless and classic look. There will be NO set design for this session. The cake smash fee is an additional $30 fee. For a more elaborate design, you may bring your own props from home, or an additional props fee may be billed upon written communication and confirmation. This is an additional $130.

Mini Session vs. Regular Session

Mini Sessions → 15 Minutes, 3 package options (Mini, Standard, Full), photographer pre-determines a location, date and time slots.

Regular Sessions → 30 minutes, 2 package options (Standard, Full), you choose the location, date and time

Frequently Asked Questions

Rescheduling: Per our contract, your retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. Things happen; illness, emergencies - I get it! Reach out to me and see what we can do.

Cancellation: Cancellations made by you will result in a forfeit of the retainer. The balance of the session will be issued as a gift certificate only - no cash back.

Gallery Delivery: Your gallery will be delivered fully edited within 7 business days. In the event of emergency or illness on my end preventing me from making that timeline, I will contact you ASAP.

Payments: Your non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your balance is due 7 days before the scheduled session. Failure to pay may result in a forfeited session. Chargebacks after session is completed and/or images are delivered and/or downloaded will result in legal action.

Pet Friendly? Yes! Non-aggressive pets are welcome at any outdoor location.

Are you willing to work with special needs families? Absolutely! I have been working with various organizations and childcare/respite care for 20+ years. I currently work through LVJUSD as a Paraeducator.

How many people can be in my session? All sessions are intended for immediate household only. To include more people, please book an Extended Family Session.
