Payment
Your retainer is due at time of booking. Seven days prior to your session, your balance is due.
Your retainer is non-refundable, and non-transferable. Any monies paid outside of the retainer amount may be issued as a gift certificate until a reschedule date has been set.
Cancellations & Reschedules
Mini Sessions: Mini Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the date, time and the location. This can not be transferred to another session date, time or location and will not be given as a session credit in the event of cancellation.
Rescheduling: A new session date and time must be selected within 7 calendar days of the cancellation notice. The new session date will be subject to availability of the photographer and must be scheduled within 60 calendar days of the original session unless stated otherwise in written communication. Retainers are non-refundable and may transfer one time to a new session date and time with no rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling Fees: If your new date and time has not been selected within 7 calendar days of the cancellation notice, a new retainer fee will be due. All monies previously paid towards a balance will transfer to the new session date.
Time Deduction for Late Arrival
I always recommend calculating your route for 10 minutes prior to your session time to allow for traffic and getting children dressed. I empathize with what having small children can create - I am a mom of two! I adhere to a strict start and end time as stated in the session details. My intention behind this policy is to ensure that each client receives the allotted time slot they have reserved. I believe in delivering exceptional quality, therefore I kindly request your cooperation in arriving promptly to your session. If you are running late, the time will be deducted from your session. An example of this: Your session length is 30 minutes and you are running 15 minutes late, you will only have a 15 minute session.
Completion Schedule
Gallery Delivery: I will deliver a fully edited gallery within fourteen (14) business days. Your images will be watermarked upon receiving your gallery. The images will not be watermarked once the images are downloaded.
Delivery Restrictions and Guidelines: Please be aware that any purchases made through your online gallery are subject to the delivery restrictions and guidelines set forth by the third-party professional lab. To ensure timely delivery, it is recommended to place your orders with sufficient time, considering normal delays.
Responsibility for Delivery Delay: Please note that the Photographer will not be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by manufacturing and/or delivery services on tangible items. If a delayed gallery delivery occurs, you will be notified first via written communication and compensated with a $50 gift certificate to use towards a future session.
Prints and Products: Purchasing prints and products outside of the designated third-party lab may not accurately represent the quality of my work as delivered. The Photographer cannot be held responsible or liable for any issues arising from the purchase of images outside of the third-party professional lab. It is not legal to reproduce images without express consent. Many photo labs will require a signed release before printing professional images.
Responsibility and Cooperation
Parties' Behavior:
Casey Grasseschi / Little Rae Photography is not liable for the behavior of parties involved in the shoot, except for herself and any hired personnel. Any actions or conduct by parties not affiliated with the photography team do not fall under our responsibility.
Desired Outcome:
Should the behavior of parties involved, excluding our personnel, jeopardize the desired outcome of your session, Little Rae Photography cannot be held accountable for any resulting issues or consequences.
Client's Cooperation:
I kindly request that my clients actively assist and cooperate with the photographer to achieve the desired photographs. This includes, but is not limited to, providing detailed information regarding specific persons or scenes to be photographed, posing as directed by the photographer, and designating a person to guide the photographer if necessary.
Client's Assistance:
Little Rae Photography will not be held responsible for photographs that are not taken if the client fails to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation during the session. Active participation and communication between the client and photographer are vital to maximize the quality and variety of photographs captured. By adhering to these guidelines, we can work together to create beautiful and memorable experience.
Behind the Scenes Photos and Video
Kindly send any behind the scenes photos and videos to photographer to be shared on their social media. This helps create building trust with a potential new client as they can get a glimpse of what their session can look like when they book.
